How to Schedule Your First Visit

We're now accepting new clients. Here's how to get started:

  1. Request or schedule your appointment: Submit a request online and we'll reach out to confirm, or give us a call directly at (678) 969-4838 during business hours.
  2. Fill out the New Client Form: Once your appointment is confirmed, complete our online intake form so we can prepare for your pet's visit. Access the form here.
  3. Come see us: Bring any previous medical records or vaccination history and your pet on a leash or in a carrier. That's it. We'll handle the rest.

Before your visit, please complete the New Client Form. It only takes a few minutes and helps us make the most of your appointment.
