How to Schedule Your First Visit
We're now accepting new clients. Here's how to get started:
- Request or schedule your appointment: Submit a request online and we'll reach out to confirm, or give us a call directly at (678) 969-4838 during business hours.
- Fill out the New Client Form: Once your appointment is confirmed, we'll send a New Client Form to the primary email address provided. Please complete the form before your first visit so we can be prepared to welcome you and your pet!
- Come see us: Please send your pet's medical records to hello@magnoliavetcare.com before your visit. Having them ahead of time helps us get to know your pet's history so we can spend more of your appointment focused on you and your pet.
What to Bring
- Any previous medical records or vaccination history
- A list of current medications, supplements, or special diets
- Your pet on a leash or in a secure carrier
- Your questions. We love them.
